We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Administrator to join our team.

As the Marketing Administrator, you will be our client's first point of contact. You will bridge our clients, internal team and creative direction. Responsibilities:

Client Support

    • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, facilitating meetings to ensure objectives are met, taking notes, and followup after meetings

    • Routing client requests to the appropriate internal team member for execution

    • Following up to ensure that objectives are met

    • Client onboarding

    • Communication with clients throughout projects to provide updates, request information and support internal team members

Administration

    • Filing, reporting, scheduling, document management

    • Bookkeeping, including making proposals and invoices in Freshbooks

    • Generating reports for internal and external use

    • Ordering supplies and tracking equipment inventory

Project Management

    • Providing internal updates to project teams

    • Managing internal resources to achieve project goals

    • Adjusting timelines, prioritization and resource allocation as required to meet objectives

    • Ensuring project goals are met
